Our flagship community program for anyone looking for work. Every week: a live session with our team, a step-by-step workbook, and real help with the things that matter — benefits, resumes, finding openings, and interviews.

It's built for working people: plain language, no homework you can't do on a phone, and a community that keeps showing up with you.

Program 2 · For congregations & organizations

Church & Partner Cohorts

When someone in a congregation loses a job, the whole community feels it. We bring The Modern Job Hunt to churches, nonprofits, and community organizations as a group program — with a trained facilitator model, all materials included, and our team behind every cohort.

Participants never pay. Cohorts are supported by partners and donors so the help stays free for the people who need it.

Program 3 · Getting ready for what's next

Workforce Readiness

The world of work keeps changing, and a lot of good people get told they're "not qualified" for jobs they could do well. Our workforce readiness work helps people show what they're capable of: practical skills for the hunt, honest coaching, and preparation for the interviews and first weeks of a new job.

This grows out of what we learned at Wando International: give a person a skill, a community, and a connection to opportunity, and they'll do the rest.
