Job loss touches every community. When it does, people turn to the places they trust — their church, their community center, their neighbors. We equip those places to help.
This opens an email to our team with a few simple questions. We'll reply personally.

How a cohort works
1. You host, we equip
Your organization provides the room and the invitation. We provide the full program: the workbook, the weekly session plan, and training for your facilitator.
2. A facilitator from your community
Cohorts work best when they're led by someone people already trust. We train your facilitator and stay behind them the whole way — they're never on their own.
3. Participants never pay
The program is free for every participant, always. Cohorts are supported by partners and donors so the help stays free for the people who need it most.
